Review of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) by Wes S — 11 Oct 2012

It's not an awful remake, it does a decent job recreating the original while adding in many new things, but it's nowhere as good. It has a different kind of grittiness, and while there are many more characters, they don't have many memorial scenes like the characters in the original had.

I feel like they could of done a better job, but overall, not one of the worst horror remakes out there, and can be a bit tense but nowhere as shocking as the 1973 version.
