This movie has some scary parts, but the ending isn't one of them. When the father isn't equating everything out of context to his chili cooking trophies, Leatherface is off doing something stupid.
Dennis Hopper took care of his part in two days of filming, I think, because all he does is scream and cut down support beams in the fake-ass abandoned mine/amusement park of horrors with three chainsaws of his own.
