Review of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) by Thomas H — 25 Apr 2010
Some people say they hate this because of the black comedy. Through the first Texas Chainsaw was suppose to be a black comedy. This was funny and "Leatherface has got a girlfriend!".
The plot is one night, two teenagers call a Radio Station as a prank, in which Leatherface stops their prank. The next night Leatherface and his brother Top-chop decide to attack the radio station, through Leatherface starts to develop a crush on someone. Good twist and turns, funny but quite serious storyline with some scary parts to, this is horror like you never seen it before.
The cast was good, not as good as back in the first Texas Chainsaw. I will give this film 99% just for that reason.
And for those gore fans, it's a bit more gory than the first one, I guess for a 70's/80's slasher horror. Through I don't really care about gore :D Which is why I love Slasher Horror films! :D.
