Visionary, cult science-fiction thriller containing dark, arresting visuals, gritty realistic performances, an excellent soundtrack and a sinister tour de force from Schwarzenegger as The Terminator.Well paced writing means that story and action work together seamlessly.
Stan Winston's designs are refreshingy original still today, although naturally some of the effects look a little clunky. Great character performances from the likes of Lance Henriksen and Paul Winfield and look out for Dick Miller as the gun shop owner!
