Ravaged by time, T1 doesn't hold up nearly as well as its sequel, but the storytelling and fictional world created are indelible. And, it's just a fact: Arnie works better as a villain. He is, in fact, completely terrifying.
There are a few too many silly 80s laser battle scenes, unfortunately.
