Review of The Terminator (1984) by Varun C — 06 Jul 2014
*walks*.
*stares*.
*asks politely for clothes/vehicle/gun*.
*kaboom*.
Arnold, you genius. Only he can provide such depth and quality to a blank cyborg programmed to kill and kill and kill til' the work is done. He's consistent: he doesn't blink, he keeps a straight face for two hours on screen, and actually sounds like a robot without any technical assistance.
The action will ensure you do not blink either! It's a lot of running, ducking, crashing, shooting and overall, plenty of fun.
Forget storytelling, it's an Arnold-whatshisname movie with guns and style. (I'll keep the fifth star for the even better sequel though).
Thanks for listening, "I'll be back" with more awesome reviews.
