Review of The Terminator (1984) by Luke V — 05 May 2015
The first and best of the Terminator franchise, It's definitely Arnold Schwarzenegger's best role. He's so robotic that you actually believe him to be a cyborg. The other movies concentrate so much on action that story comes second. Where as the first has such a captivating story that you're drawn in from the opening scenes. That cast are all excellent and considering it was a low budget film so are the effects.
This film set the standard for modern sci-fi pictures and nothing since has come close to being as good.
