Review of The Terminal (2004) by Sripad R — 19 Jun 2010
Though a little awkward, The Terminal is still a hilarious, sweet dramadey with Oscar worthy performances.
I liked the Terminal. It was absolutely hilarious, but wasn't dumb, and had lots of heart. It featured dazzling cinematography, and of course, Steven Speilberg knows what he's doing here. I loved Tom Hanks's performance. It was undeniably hilarious, and he's very talented. He delivered a perfect Russian accent. Catherine Zeta Jones is as beautiful as ever, and delivers a great performances. And yep, Stanley Tucci plays a great bad guy.
Simplistic and lighthearted. Cute and hilarious. Sweet and undeniably loveable, The Terminal is one you won't want to miss.
PS: Tom Hanks and Steven Speilberg are probably my favorite actor and director.
