Hilariously absurd and freaky. Polanski stars as the main protagonist and he puts himself through some of the craziest moments that are disturbing, frightening and terribly funny. It's by no means a masterpiece but if you've ever had strange neighbors than you might find this film compelling to watch.
The ending is both ridiculous and brilliant.
