Review of The Ten Commandments (1956) by Peter G — 07 Apr 2012
(Cecil B. De Mille) The Ten Commandments one of the greatest productions in the history of motion pictures; Moses (Charlton Heston) discovering he's Jewish, forsakes his upbringing in the house of Pharaoh, so to lead his people out of slavery, they have been in bondage for over 400 yrs since Joseph brought his descendents from the land of Canaan, now it is time for the promised land, but the slaves now freed as fickle as they had become from their downtrodden heritage, suffer themselves to their own shame even after witnessing countless miracles, they falter for years wandering in the desert for lack of faith in the Almighty God.
