Review of The Ten Commandments (1956) by Jody P — 02 Aug 2013
The acting is lackluster. The creative liberties taken with the story bloat it to a level where it only partially resembles the biblical story. The direction was flat and the cinematography monotonous.
Maybe I'm too harsh since this is my favorite biblical story, but then again even if it weren't, it's just not a good movie.
