Review of The Tattooist (2007) by Paige M — 23 Aug 2008

Shot on video - had to be - so I found it interesting to see if I could get into the movie though I was constantly criticising it'sp roduction values. it was fascinating in that it unfolds a mystery about a murder and a curse wrapped up in tattoo tradition - both modern and ancient.

I felt the story was shallow but interesting, the filmmaking well-done though not flawless.
