He's a liar, a loaf with a disciple in tow, womanizing one- night stand kinda guy who breakfasts on twinkies and warm beer. His life philosophy is, of course hooey, but somehow despite all of this the paralyzed Dex is somewhat charming and you find yourself rooting for him to get the girl.
