Deception & Lies just leads to more deception & lies & this movie proves that. So excellently cast. Damon does far too good a job of coming off as sweet & innocent, only to turn out to be a pyschotic, creepy, stalking murderer-you never see it coming with him.
It's shocking, actually. Jude Law is the perfect snobbish, high class sort of fellow, as if P.S.Hoffman. Gwyneth and Cate are both beautifully sweet, unsuspecting victims. You, of course, cannot go wrong with the gorgeous setting and backdrop of Italy throughout the movie and all the jazz music is wonderful.
Matt Damon just continues to creep you out more and more as the movie goes along and in the ending, you knew he wasn't going to change & the web of murder and deception was going to continue to be spun.
