Dear lord was this a disappointment. The idea is great, a lonely and deranged guy is great at copying other people's actions and movements, and takes on other identities. Someone said this film was deceptive in tricking you into identifying with the psychotic Mr.

Ripley, but they do that in the cheapest and easiest way possible, which is by making everyone else a posh snobby asshole. The music is ripped straight out of an afternoon soap-opera, and the pacing suggests this is a slow-burning thriller when really it's just a boring piece of shit that acts as fanservice for 14 year old girls by showing Judge Law and Matt Damon constantly shirt-less.

I'd rather watch I Spit on your Grave than this overrated shit again.
