The Talented Mr Ripley sees Tom Ripley who does any job he can in America tells a few lies and finds himself off to Italy to try and bring a wealthy ship owners son home. When he arrives he tracks them down and with lie upon lie he ends up being his best friend.
Soon he realizes not is all what it seems and must act fast.
