Review of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974) by Noah R — 16 Oct 2007
If this were made today, it would take itself too seriously, would be overviolent, and probably badly acted. Luckily, this film is the exact opposite. Two hours of pure excitement and pure fun. Plus the combination of Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw is too good to pass up.
