Review of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974) by Jonathan B — 30 Jun 2009
Very well done crime movie with some interesting characters who do not have clownish traits like the remake probably has. I am not a big Matthau fan, but Robert Shaw is the man and his presence makes sitting through the surprisingly long run time worth it.
The end felt a little quite given the buildup and could have used a something more dramatic.
