Review of The Sword of Doom (1966) by Slothbear T — 05 Jun 2007
Nakadai again proves how amazing an actor he is, with this piece, Mifune even gets a small role as well, but this was the first movie where I really saw Nakadai shine, it's just a beautiful movie that digs into the mind of Nakadai's character and we get to see him just dramatically change from an almost sane person, to something completely different, haunted by so many things.
Gah, and the abrupt ending is just...see this.
