Review of The Sword in the Stone (1963) by Molly Y — 28 Jul 2008
Best movie I've ever seen. Teaches children the value of education in a practical sense and shows the very best that can come from a mentor/student relationship. The humor is tasteful and appropriate for all ages, and the low amount of sexual themes is really refreshing.
I wish other, more recent children's films would take a page out of the Sword in the Stone's book and teach children the valuable lessons this movie provides.
