Review of The Sword in the Stone (1963) by Ian Y — 02 Aug 2008
Much like Disney's The Jungle Book, The Sword in the Stone is more a series of fun scenes tied together than a great story. So while it doesn't have the emotional heft of a Dumbo or Pinocchio, it does make for a breezy 79 mins.
The female squirrel is kind of a tear-jerker, though.
