Terribly flawed, with a badly scattered structure and weak animation. the characters would be good if they could carry it, but they seem oddly detached (wart had 3 diff voice actore, so im not surprised) from anything around them. This is woolie reithermans failing, and truly a tie with Ichabod/Mr. Toad and Home on the range for disney's worst animated feature...
On the other hand it had higitus figitus in it, so not that terrible, but that only bumps it up about 5%.
WORSE THAN ROBIN HOOD! there, I said it.
