This is a well written well acted funny Rom Com. But I can't get past the subject. It's a story about a bitter ex boyfriend who is placed into the friend zone who then in a drunken stupor forces his genetic material onto his ex.
Yes this movie is about genetic rape. This made the whole rest of the movie moot. It really should never been made but hey sometimes we have to throw out those wild ideas to make the good ones sound better.
Only if those ideas get pass then what next? Do not see this movie unless you are able to forget the first 20 min of the movie. Then it becomes a story of a neurotic self centered man boy who finds himself to contain the capacity to become the father he needs to be no matter what.
But it's not. It's about rape.
