Review of The Switch (2010) by Robyn M — 20 Jul 2012

I sure as hell did not expect to dig this movie as much as I did (probably due to the advertising not doing it justice) and maybe it's because I'm such a sentimental oaf, but it really touched me.

Jason Bateman was fantastic the whole way through (he's a great dramatic actor too as well as the funnyman we always see him as) and Jennifer Aniston didn't manage to grate too much. The little boy in this movie is such a great actor too, which helps considering most child actors annoy me in some way.

I'd say watch this movie whenever you get a chance, it'll either make you feel really good inside or it'll make you mad because you just sat through a 95-minute saccharine sappy flick.
