Possibly my favourite movie. Egoyan's dry as dust film-making perfectly balanced by the impossibly bitter-sweet story. Sarah Polly, Ian Holm, Bruce Greenwood - some of my favourite actors, all do marvelously.
A rich and complex allegory reaches through this film and makes it re-watchable over and again.
