Jack Regan leads the Sweeney Flying Squad in London with an old school and violent approach that gets results. But, when an old enemy makes a reappearance and the team are put in danger Regan must take matters into his own hands.

I never saw the original series this movie is based on, but I did like the 'dirty and gritty' feel that was presented with this movie. Perhaps most of my interest came from a segment in Top Gear to do with the car chases but I found the movie had a certain realness to it - even if that realness was ugly at times.

Plenty of action, violence and mayhem and some great shots of and around London. I quite enjoyed this film.
