Review of The Swan Princess (1994) by Alexi M — 21 Aug 2007

Here's the thing. During the first part of this movie, I loved it. Love, love, LOVE. The snarky interaction between Derek and Odette was something I didn't get tired of. "If I get lucky, I'll have chicken-pox.

" And then BAM! She's gorgeous, I love her, lawlz. What the flying fuck, Derek? What happened to all that I'd like her better if she'd lose at cards crap? The sudden rage of hormones was a big turn-off in this movie.

Despite that, this is definitely one of those non-Disney movies that has good humor, good songs and likable enough...once you get over the cheesiness of the romance.
