Joe Pesci as a heartless greedy landlord who is forced to stay in one of his own slums. Typical contrived Hollywood junk in which the nasty rich man is taught life lessons by the noble poor folk. I'd like to force heartless greedy studio execs to sit through hours of this kind of crap.
