Incoherent mess is the best description for it, script is all over the place, acting and direction are subpar, cringy dialogue written by a 55 year old to appeal to 15 year olds, violence and gore just for the sake of it, but worst of all it requires amounts of suspension of disbelief beyond anyone with more than a handful of braincells is capable of, spoiler free example: Harley Quinn, the 5'6 140lbs gymnast has the highest kill count of literally any character in the movie, close quarters and hand to hand.

I have no idea why they bothered releasing it with an R rating, at least kids would've been far less critical of it, but yeah the only well known DC character it has is Harley Quinn, so no way they could market it to children.
