You got a telenovela, comedy, satire, action, war, and kaiju film in here. James Gunn's 'The Suicide Squad' is what everyone was expecting five years ago. Sure, there are some dull moments and over-the-top sequences, but the way Gunn makes fun of the superhero genre makes up for it.
The best DCEU film since Wonder Woman, in my opinion.
