Low budget effort with a decent premise: what'll happen if science develops a pill that embues the participants of the title of with superpowers? Okay, it would make sense to monitor these toads closely, separately, but herein, no, they put'em in a room together and wait to see what happens.

I was scratching my head over this plot glitch, but not for long as, due to a poor script and limited acting chops presented, I soon could care less why nobody was watching them. Only a sad effort.
