This is one of those films that you will end up seeing if you take any university film courses but unlike every other goddamned film course movie you will actually think the film is totally underrated and wonder why the fuck you haven't been watching it every weekend since you were in diapers.
oh, peter otoole is pretty goddamned good doing his feature length david lean impression, too.
