Review of The Strangers: Prey at Night (2018) by Priscilla C — 28 Jun 2018

It's a horror movie trope where characters make non-sensical decisions, but they were so ridiculous in this that I felt they deserved what was coming to them. Also dumb were regular human beings somehow coming off superhuman.

Tried to capitalize on the 80s nostalgia craze but did a poor job and the homages just felt like a rip-off. I've seen worse, but this was awful. I saw this in a theatre with really comfortable reclining chairs and that was a positive.
