Review of The Strangers (2008) by Craig H — 10 Apr 2012

Omg okay I wasn't expecting nething out of this movie at all. I figured it was going to be just a typical crappy scary movie, the way most if not all scary movies are now a days. but I was so suprised.

in the beginning all I wanted to see was them torture and kill them bc there's nothing I love more in a horror movie then blood,blood,blood,and more blood. but I think that's what kept me interested b/c every time I thought there was going to be blood there wasn't.

I think what freaked me out most about this movie was at first they were just messing with liv tyler's character and she was all alone. and as a woman I don't think nething can be scarier then being teased and taunted and you're all by yourself.

I can say with the upmost sincerity that I have never screamed during a horror movie. not even when I was a kid. I don't deny freaking out later and having some of the most graphic and scariest dreams you can have as a kid but I never screamed.

this movie actually made me scream out loud. though it wasn't til the last scene but it still happend. I love being scared and I love horror movies above all other movies. I only wish I had seen this movie in theaters instead of at home.

although I do think that also added to my terror. lol I recommend neone who loves scary movies as much as I do watch this one. b/c it kept me at the edge of my seat the whole time. it even had me bitting my fingers.

i'm giving this movie 5 stars for being the only movie to ever make me scream OUT LOUD!!!
