Considering some of the films being passed of as horror at the moment are about as tense and scary as an episode of teletubbies, this is very good.
A lot would say that nothing really happens, but I would have to disagree, it all happens in the mind, a very tense film that plays on the lead roles vulnerability's, who for most of the film are merely puppets for the killers enjoyment to play with.
One of the better horrors I have seen in a long time, one for my collection.
