Review of The Strangers (2008) by Bbobn. — 30 May 2008
The horror genre has needed a movie like this for some time. The movie's point was not the usual violence that we have seen for some years in new movies of the horror genres (How can we kill somebody and make it so graphic that it is unsettling to the audience?) but fear.
The sounds, reminiscent of The Haunting (original), were wonderfully frightening as was the situation the two mains were placed in.
