Every 'thrill' is telegraphed. The tormentors come and go without tormenting. There are a couple of good stills and one decent tracking shot. In fact, this clearly wasn't conceived as a 'movie' at all, but a series of set-pieces that don't build from one to the next.
If you enjoy identifying the films that this one steals from, then at least you'll have something to do. A techinical exercise.
