'These were the strongest of times, and the frailest of times.' "The Story of Us" is real. It is not insightful -but it need not be, it gives you access to the inside of a marriage that is so honest, it empowers you to have your own insight.
With lines like "maybe every need that you have doesn't have to met at the exact time that you need it!", and scenes of love juxtaposed against those of war vacillating in time, you will need and appreciate the happy ending, even as you will surely contemplate your own true ending.
