Review of The Sting (1973) by Mike L — 05 Sep 2009
The trio of Newman, Redford and director George Roy Hill team up again after the 69 success of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. In this case the mark is Robert Shaw, 1930's Chicago mob guy.
The "sting" includes an involved process of a fixed card game on a train and a rigged horse race.
It is fun, the chemistry between all the actors is very good and we all like the outcome.
