Review of The Station Agent (2003) by Tom B — 10 Mar 2009
Kind of a pleasantly passive movie about oddball characters that only seem to exist in indie movies. A dwarf moves into a train depot willed to him by a deceased friend and becomes entangled in the lives of a hyper-active Cuban hot dog vendor and a struggling artist who recently lost her son.
The ending leaves you wanting more. But only because it just kind of... ends. An interesting snapshot of the lives of these three people.
