Review of The Station Agent (2003) by James J — 25 Jul 2010
Now here's a quirky, emotional, and entertaining little indie film. Right off the bat, I have to say that it is refreshing to see a dramatic dwarf role, especially one handled with this much dignity and intelligence.
Peter Dinklage gives a very, very good performance as the lead. The other main characters are all fascinating and extremely likable, and add dimensions to the story. Speaking of the story, it's simple, but the plot involves the perfect blend of drama and comedy.
This film is an absolute must-see.
