Review of The Station Agent (2003) by Alex A — 25 Mar 2014
Despite it's acclaim, The Station Agent (Although well made) is really nothing truly exceptional. Peter Dinkledge, Patrica Clarkson and Bobby Cannavale all deliver solid performances, but the characters are all so plain and the story is so simplistic that it really doesn't work that well as a full length film.
It's got a few good moments, but the whole thing is just too plain and uneventful to be called a really good, or even great movie.
