A perfect little movie with three very fine lead performances. The script deserved at least an Oscar-nomination, but did in fact win the british Oscar - The Bafta Award. Patricia Clarkson did get an Oscar-nomination that year - though for another movie, Pieces of April, which is almost as good.
Bobby Cannavale is a real charmer - no wonder he was chosen for Will and Grace.
