Review of The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978) by Paul L — 17 Sep 2009
This TV Special was shown on TV in November 17,1978, a year after the release of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. The plot is very phony and sometimes weird. But still the only good part is the cartoon made by Nelvana, it is the first appearance of Boba Fett, a bounty hunter, who later appeared in Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi-he was the victim of sarlacc although later it was confirmed in the books that he escaped.
