Review of The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978) by Tommy K — 14 May 2017

The stories are extremely poorly tied together, completely lack focus, and make no sense whatsoever, the subplot involving the Wookiee family is especially tedious and frustrating since there are no captions or subtitles provided for what they're saying, and the characters are really bland and there's absolutely nothing new or interesting to learn about for the vast majority of them.

One of the absolute worst holiday specials ever made, and it's really no wonder that George Lucas wanted this atrocity to be swept under the rug as much as possible!
