Sadly this depiction of the birth of Jesus rarely rises above the mundane. It comes from mostly the animals point of view and features a rather silly story about a overgrown thug trying to prevent the birth of the savior.
It all seems silly. The depiction of Joseph actually comes off best. It redeems itself a bit in the final moments, but not enough to save it.
