I can't believe I never heard about this true story years ago, wow. I haven't reasearched the whole story but this movie was awesome. On a experimental level, way of telling a true story, and making it entertaining.
The cast was great, all of them. Ezra Miller, Johnny Simmons, and Tye Sheridan took it to another level. Angarano deserves an Oscar nod, I don't know if he got one but Damn dude. Nelsan Ellis and Billy Crudup I've been fans of for a long time and they're always good.
To be honest I don't know who the director is but when I find out, his name will perk my interest for future films.
