An in-depth intense look at a social experiment. Very powerful and thought provoking. The Stanford Prison Experiment is a look into control and behavior. Billy Crudup is the lead and does the job conveying how out of control his character was.
Over time you see the varying emotions of the experiment as played by a wide array of young actors who all do so well you should mark their names and see where they are in 15 years. The bullying is intense and eye opening and the results of this experiment are sometimes more horrifying than a horror film.
Movies, especially ones based on a real event that get reactions and are true to the time are rare enough that when they connect they stay with you for a time.
