Review of The Squid and the Whale (2005) by Private U — 29 Mar 2009

Truly absorbing to watch, however I found myself incredibly irritated after watching this. I thought I was going to love this movie, as a fan of quirky films, but this went beyond. It was immensely uncomfortable to watch the stupidity of the characters and their bizarre habits.

But overall, you couldn't get attached to the soulless characters that learned nothing throughout the film. Technically, it's good, but it won't change your life.
