Review of The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) by Kelsey D — 23 Jul 2008
Straight away one of the worst scored bond films uses songs that were rejected by shaft throughout. plot is meandering and rather dull. mad scientists steals subs to blow up New york and Moscow. Moores performance is certainly better than his other films.
action is rehashed from many other bond films nothing really spectacular. only truely great spot is the first apperence of JAWS the henchman with metal teeth strong enough to bit through a chain, and he is strong enough to withstand anything bond can trow at him.
Another Classic Henchman saves a bond film from being a complete failure.
